NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Borough of Manville is soliciting qualifications through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.

 Sealed RFQ responses shall be submitted to the Borough Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2008 at the Borough Clerk’s Office in the Municipal Complex, 325 North Main Street, Manville.  At that time and place, responses shall be opened and made available to the public for inspection.

Specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Borough Clerk’s Office.

 Respondents shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 c. 127 (N.J.S.A. 17:27 et seq.) A copy of your NJBRC shall be included with your proposal:
