NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals will be received by the Borough of Manville (“Borough”) at 325 North Main St., Manville, New Jersey, by or before December 15, 2023, at 4:00 pm for the following, collectively identified as Professional Services:

Labor Attorney Information Technology Consultant
Municipal Attorney Municipal Auditor
Bond Attorney Planning Consultant
Tax Attorney
 Municipal Surveyor
Board of Health Attorney Appraisal Services
Joint Land Use Board Attorney Risk Management and Insurance Broker
Redevelopment Attorney Flood CRS Consultant
Redevelopment Consultant Flood Hazard Mitigation Consultant
Flood Plain Management Consultant Section 8 HCV Program Admin.

Proposals shall be opened on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at 325 North Main St., Manville NJ 08835. Proposal Forms furnished in the Request for Qualifications are to be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Professional Services for which the Proposal is being submitted. Faxed Proposals will not be accepted.

The RFQ, including the Proposal Forms, may be obtained from the Borough Clerk’s Office at the Borough of Manville at the above address during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or downloaded from the Borough’s website. www.manvillenj.org.
