Dear Manville Borough Resident

For the health of the residents and staff the Borough of Manville will be closing Borough Hall to the Public starting Tuesday March 17, 2020. The Borough and the Office of Emergency Management will continue to monitor the ever-changing situation with COVID-19.

All departments will be available to assist the residents by phone, fax, email, US Mail or the drop box located in the front of Borough Hall at the main entrance.

A resident can set up an appointment to meet with a department outside the office by contacting the department. The meeting can be set up based on need and the Borough will require that the following screening questions be answered, prior to setting up the appointment.

Are you having flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath?
In the last 14 days have you traveled to a high-risk area for transmission of COVID-19?
Have you been in close contact with someone confirmed or is being evaluated for COVID-19?

Please call the construction and zoning office at 908-725-9478 ext/ 117 or e-mail the department at mmcivor@ManvilleNJ.org The Borough of Manville will continue to inspect-New Construction. Please note that if there are people living in a home that needs to be inspected, this will be postponed until a later date. All other inspections will be done on an as needed basis and the applicant will have to respond to the basic screening questions.
