Residents are also urged to stay indoors from 8:00pm-5:00am. The Borough of Manville needs to be proactive and follow the guidelines of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) which have studied the trends regarding the historical spread of COVID-19 in other countries. This body of experience calls for public policy that promotes social distancing in order to prevent spread of the disease and a surge on the public healthcare system.John BentzDirectorBorough Of ManvilleOffice of Emergency Management
